Patrick McGlashan is the managing partner of a commercial law firm located in midtown Manhattan, which he founded in 2011. He brings to the Chamber unique and wide-ranging experience advising companies and individuals after years of handling various types of corporate transactions. As a trusted advisor to many, he has developed an extensive business and professional network.
Patrick’s experience as an investor and an advisor began in 1994 as a stock broker. After twelve years as a stock broker at various boutique firms and a financial advisor at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., he became an attorney. He started his legal career as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in 2006 and founded his law firm after he left S&C in 2011.
Patrick earned his undergraduate degree in Business, Economics and Finance from the State University College at Oneonta and his law degree, summa cum laude, from Touro Law School.
He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Jamaican born, Patrick is married, a father of two and resides in Queens, New York.
